Tyler the Creator’s symbolism goes much farther than what meets the eye. I realize that he does take cracks at Jesus and the bible and other music artists but what other artist hasnt done crazy things like this for publicity. GaGa dresses in meat, Charlie Sheen calls out his co-stars and directors in yiddish, and Lil Wayne jumps around on stage with his pants around his ankles. The world of fame and wonders does have its psychos but many of them do the odd things they do for the shock value.

I wore the Railerman costume in 1999. Mrs. Whitfield did not begin the push for the mascot in 1998, I did. I brought it up my sophomore year, worked with her my junior year, and then it became a reality my senior year. I am the one wearing the costume in the first photo on top. I am and always will be proud to be the Railerman.
